Job Description :

As a member of the marketing team you will wear many hats, allowing you to build your own role within the company. Daily, you will collaborate with the Marketing Director, Graphic Designer, and other internal teams on strategy and development to drive product growth and brand awareness. As we work in an ever-changing field, it is also key to be continuously learning and creatively minded, keeping yourself aware of new marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation that will contribute to company’s overall business goals. We are looking for a candidate with problem solving skills and the ability to look at everything from a different angle—always asking if there is a way we can be doing it better. We believe that innovation is a moving target, and you have to constantly be shooting arrows.

Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Communications
    • Build and maintain company image/mission/vision through external and internal communications, in verbal and written form, to prospective and existing clients, media, and investors.
    • Clearly define and articulate Urban FT’s products & solutions: features, services, and benefits.
    • Define, execute, and manage Urban FT’s overall PR strategy while developing relationship with journalists, partners, publications and PR firms.
    • Produce self-written pieces such as thought leadership, blogs and press releases, as well as promote media coverage including interviews, editorials, and recognitions.
  • Sales/Marketing
    • Identify and assess market needs, research competing platforms, and execute strategic marketing campaigns across both digital and physical media.
    • Prepare logistics for and manage company’s attendance at relevant industry events and conferences.
    • Ability to format and edit a range of marketing collateral, including investor and sales presentations, websites, brochures, emails and corporate documents.

● Public Relations/Community Outreach

○ Research, prepare, and submit industry award applications for Urban FT’s products, technology, design, and culture.

Requirements:

  • Deadline oriented, inquisitive, and unafraid to ask questions or make decisions.
  • A quick and enthusiastic learner with the ability to stay focused and prioritize tasks.
  • Self sufficient, takes initiative and perseveres in a chaotic environment.
  • Highly efficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • B2B Marketing experience including lead-gen, copywriting, and social media (LinkedIn & Twitter)
  • Experience in Public Relations.
  • 2+ Years experience on a Marketing team.
