Urban FT is a rapidly growing AI powered Mobile Image Capture provider. As an industry leader, we offer embedded mobile imaging and AI process-automation to some of the industry’s biggest, and most innovative brands.

With this growth, we need to expand our team of Fintech rock stars by hiring a Strategic Account Manager! This is a full-time role that will be responsible for supporting the growth of our business, and nourishing, developing, and growing the relationships we have with some of our largest and most sophisticated clients – our ‘Strategic Clients’.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for a fast-paced work environment, and an entrepreneurial spirit. The candidate would also have a proven track record of managing multiple priorities at once to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a cross-functional organization.

Responsibilities includes the below but not limited to:

  • Adequately profile each of our Strategic Clients to create and implement annual strategic growth plans for each of those clients that include mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Work with members of the SVP Growth to develop a pipeline of prospective new Strategic Clients and implement a strategy for acquiring those prospects.
  • Represent the voice of the Strategic Client within Urban FT to improve the client’s experience and advise on the client’s future product strategy and pivotal initiatives.
  • Establish strategic, productive, and professional relationships with key decision makers at each of the Strategic Clients.
  • Meet assigned targets and growth milestones related to client retention, client acquisition, profitable net-revenue growth, client satisfaction, and project completion.
  • Analyze client data to determine ‘white space’ opportunities for them to enhance service efficiency, and for Urban FT to maximize revenues through greater service utilization.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate a Strategic Client’s needs on an ongoing basis while also presenting yourself as the natural point of escalation of any matter.
  • Maintain high NPS (net promotor scores) that meet or exceed Urban FT’s objectives.
  • Serve as a Payments Industry specialist for each of our Strategic Clients and be a subject matter expert on the Urban FT platform and solutions.
  • Provide weekly, quarterly, and annual updates to management as it relates to ‘client trends’, ‘key wins/losses’, ‘pipeline’, projected ‘growth milestones’, performance against the projected growth milestones.
  • Travel domestic from time-to-time (up to 25%).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Business-related field (Required)
  • 1-3 years of Account Management or Sales experience in the banking or Fintech market (Required).
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Required).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, quantitative, qualitative and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with exceptional attention to details and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
  • Flexible team player that is looking to thrive in a fast growing and often times uncertain environment.
